There are many ways to treat women’s health issues naturally.
I invite you to learn more about my unique approach to naturopathic care for women’s health.
As a wholistic women’s health naturopath, I love supporting women as they transition through life.
With that in mind, I have refined, studied, and focused my career on women’s health issues, particularly when it comes to the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.
I want to be your trusted medical advisor and a coach to cheer you on as you take on the many changes your life inevitably holds!
And one of the best things about being a woman is your innate ability to know when there’s something not right with your health.
One of the ways you can do that is by listening to red flags, including:
In any case, I find most women can sense when there’s an issue with their hormones.

While you may be certain something’s not right with your health, you may not be aware that these health issues are happening because of a hormonal imbalance.
Having said that, below is a list of some of the most common signs of hormonal imbalance that I tend to see in patients:
When I work with women, it really is quite amazing to see how they shift.
And as we go through my coaching process to learn more about their body, it’s incredibly fulfilling to see them feeling lighter, as well as more balanced, energetic, and patient, and less irritable, with a higher libido, more resilience to stress and greater intuition.
By applying evidence-based approaches, combined with traditional natural medicines, which have been shown to support a woman’s natural hormonal cycle, patients see significant changes, including regaining hormonal balance, and therefore, better balance in their lives.
Their periods regulate over time or gradually fade away in their menopausal years, giving them a better sense of who they are and what they want in life.
